The Films of 2007 (Jan 6)

Another update of the Movie City News tally of critic's year-end lists, with local viewing details. The MCN meta-list is a terrific tip-off about what to see as this exceptional movie year draws to a close. My particular favourites are in boldface. Changes to the list: JUNO is superb, ATONEMENT worthy but mixed, INTO THE WILD has returned to the Granville 7 and GONE BABY GONE to the Hollywood, and THERE WILL BE BLOOD and 4 MONTHS, 3 WEEKS & 2 DAYS open January 11!

After posting this, it looks like the Hollywood program has changed - no 4 MONTHS 3 WEEKS 2 DAYS. Perhaps the print became unavailable. But that does bode well: seems they're at least trying to get it. We'll keep an eye out.
